Paweł Kołaczek

He specializes in issues related to the conduct of disputed civil proceedings, including commercial ones, and debt collection. His special interests include disputes regarding transport law, inheritance law, as well as issues of easement of transmission and other property law institutions.

During his professional practice to date, he has primarily used knowledge of civil proceedings, including enforcement proceedings. On a daily basis, he solves problems in the field of broadly understood contract law and labor law.

His master’s thesis was devoted to problematic aspects of apprenticeship in the Polish legal order. During his studies, Paweł was an active member of the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA) Poland. Currently, he continues cooperation with the Association and conducts training on labour law and soft skills for students.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He has been a member of the Bar Association of Attorney-at-Law in Poznań since 2018.
