Michał Łomżyński

On a daily basis, he provides ongoing legal services to business entities operating at the interface of business and local government, including municipal companies.

His clients are real estate entities implementing investment and construction processes and managing residential and commercial premises. He also advises companies engaged in the production and sale of rail vehicles. He supports clients in the acquisition and disposal of real estate and assist in the assertion of claims related to the exercise of warranty or guarantee rights.

He graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of A. Mickiewicz University in Poznan. Since 2010 he has been a member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznan.

At the firm he is a head of the corporate department.
