Jan Łuczak

He specializes in conducting civil proceedings related to litigation. In particular, this includes disputes under the Commercial Companies Code, business but also labor or compensation. He conducts many enforcement proceedings, but also settlement proceedings such as mediation and litigation negotiations. Another specialization is in the field of civil law in its broadest sense, particularly in the field of contract law, inheritance law, as well as in property and real estate law. 

At the firm, he is responsible for organizing the work of the litigation department, which he has managed since 2020.

He has been practicing his professional activity since 2008. During the period of his legal advisor's apprenticeship, he developed his practical skills by cooperating with Poznań law firms. He has many years of professional experience in providing services to property owners, housing communities, property managers as well as broadly servicing business entities, as well as individuals in the field of transmission law.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. He completed his studies in 2010. Since 2012 he has been a member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznan.
