Jan Łuczak

He specialises in widely understood civil law, particularly in the field of property law, the law of obligations, inheritance law, as well as in the field of real estate law, administrative law, and civil proceeding, including execution proceeding.

He has been working as a lawyer since 2008. During the legal apprenticeship, he developed his practical skills, cooperating with law offices in Poznań. Jan Łuczak has a long-term professional practice in servicing property owners, homeowner associations, and property managers.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań in 2010. He has been a member of the Bar Association of Attorney-at-Law in Poznań since 2012.
