Michalina Owsińska

Legal counsel specialising in services for business entities. She started her professional practice in 2010 cooperating with law firms in Poznań. She has conducted numerous proceedings in the field of compensation law and insurance law, with particular emphasis on proceedings for medical malpractice.

In the Law Office, she deals with civil law, commercial law and litigation. She represents clients in court disputes. She has experience in providing day-to-day services to business entities, drafting legal opinions and editing civil law contracts in business transactions. She is interested in the subject of medical law.

In 2012, she graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Since 2013, she has been a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznań. In 2019, she graduated with a very good result from postgraduate studies in medical law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.
