Angelika Kalita

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan with a specialization in law. She completed her legal counsellor’s traineeship at the District Chamber of Legal Counsellors in Poznań.

She gained professional experience in legal departments of large Poznan companies. She provides legal services to entrepreneurs, drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, preparing analyses and legal opinions and all kinds of corporate documentation. She actively participated in reorganization processes within groups of companies and capital transactions with the participation of third parties.

She supports with advice the conduct of cases in the fields of civil law, commercial law, business law, administrative law, as well as organization and changes in companies.
