Michalina Owsińska

She specialises in servicing business entities. She began her professional practice in 2010; cooperating with law offices in Poznań. She conducted many proceedings in the field of compensation law and insurance law, with particular reference to medical malpractice.

She deals with civil, economic and procedural law and represents clients in court litigation. Michalina Owsińska has experience in providing ongoing services to business entities, drawing up legal opinions and editing civil law contracts in terms of economic circulation. She is interested in the issues of an arbitration court. She is interested in the issues of medical law.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań in 2012. She has been a member of the Bar Association of Attorney-at-Law in Poznań since 2013. She completed postgraduate studies in medical law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus in Toruń with a very good grade in 2019.
