Marta Musiałkiewicz

Main area of her professional interests are new technologies law, blockchain technology and intellectual property law. Marta specializes in widely understood economic, civil and commercial law what enables her providing ongoing services to business entities, and representing clients in court litigation. 

Marta holds a Master of Law degree from Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. In addition, she is participant of postgraduate studies in Law of New Technologies in Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw. During her studies, she was active in the European Law Students’ Association ELSA Poland. She has been a member of the Regional Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Poznań since 2017.
